Advance Notice of Closure

On Thursday 7th December 2023, GP practices across the Island will be fully closed from 1pm – 6pm.

Manx Care have said that the closure will allow for the Practice teams (all clinical and administrative staff) to receive training in order to remain fully trained and up to date with skills.

This closures means there will be no routine appointments or access for patients to their GP practice during this time.

MEDS (Manx Emergency Doctor Service) will be open and operating from 1pm on 7th December to provide urgent care.

GP practices will reopen as normal on Friday, 8th December.
