Complaints and Feedback

Non-urgent advice: Complaints and Feedback

If you are unhappy about something we have done or failed to do, a decision we have made, or how you have been treated, you can raise your concern with any of our staff who will try to resolve the matter for you.

If your issue remains unresolved, you can raise the matter with the Complaints Manager, who is responsible for handling and responding to your concerns. You can do this either face-to-face, via letter, email or telephone.

The Complaints Manager for our practice is: Michael Brennan. They can be contacted via: michael.brennan@gov.im.

The Responsible Person for our practice is: Miss Julie Taylor, Practice Manager. Their role is to ensure compliance with complaints legislation and to make sure learning takes place in response to the outcome of complaint investigation.

You can find further information in our Complaints Leaflet.

Alternativley, you can leave quick, anonymous feedback via the Manx Care Friends and Famiy Test here: Friends and Family
