Practice Management

  • JULIE TAYLOR

    Practice Manager

Julie manages all business aspects of the practice including finance, patient safety, premises and equipment, human resources and information technology. The Practice Manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals to ensure delivery of high quality patient services.

Nurses

The Practice Nurses carry out many of the screening checks, including cervical smears, immunisations, chronic disease reviews, ear syringing, assisting with minor surgery procedures, and general health advice.
  • CANAN MOODY

Our practice nurse deals with immunisations, routine BP checks, new patient checks and contraceptive pill checks. They are qualified to take cervical smears. Routine checks on patients with asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and diabetes are also carried out.

  • STEPHANIE BEYNON

Nurse Beynon is also a nurse prescriber and is able to treat minor ailments.

Phlebotomist

The phlebotomist is available Monday – Friday mornings for taking blood samples that the doctors have requested. She does not deal with any other queries regarding your health. Primarily this service is for patients that are unable to access the Blood Clinic at Noble’s Hospital.

Reception

The receptionists are there to help you – they are your initial link with the doctor or nurse. As there are only so many appointments available during any one clinic session, please be patient and remember that they have a very difficult job; they have to please both you and the doctors! They are trained to ask information from patients and are fully aware of the need to keep information confidential. Please cooperate with them if they ask you for details of your illness or problem.

Complaints Manager

  • MICHAEL BRENNAN

Michael is the Practice Complaints Manager and oversees the management of patient concerns and complaints. He works with patients and the practice team to ensure concerns are handled fairly, sensitively and in line with the NHS Complaints Regulations 2022, while supporting embedded learning and service improvement.
